My dear colleagues, Seniors, juniors and contemporary.
I feel so delighted to be able to communicate with you through the efforts of Mr. Hashim Taqvi.
It is such a nice feeling to see all of you meeting each other at such a faraway place from your home country. I have been arranging such get togethers in Karachi for five years, barring last two years due to Covid 19, but I will make all efforts to arrange a get together at Karachi this year. It would be a pleasure if anyone from this Canada get together could make it to Karachi this year.
I hope you all enjoy the company of your friends who have been like a family all the yesteryears.

تمام احباب کی خدمت میں سلام

ہم اپنی سرتوڑ کوشش کے باوجود احباب کی محفل میں شرکت کرنے سے قاصر ہیں جس کا ہمیں شدید رنج ہے۔ کچھ ذاتی مسائل ہیں جو مدت سے حل طلب تھے کرونا کی وجہ سے دو سال ٹریول نہیں کر پائے۔اب یہاں کا نظام ہر مرحلے پہ نت نئی رکاوٹیں کھڑی کر رہا ہے اور قیام طویل تر ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ بہرحال اسی کا نام زندگی ہے اور یہی اس کا وطیرہ ہے تو شکوہ کیسا۔ انشا اللہ پھر کبھی آپ سب سے ملاقات ضرور ہوگی۔ آپ سب کے لیئے بہت سی نیک خواہشات۔

شب آخر کی بازی

آسمان پہ شمال مغرب کی جانب

اِک آخری تارا

رات کے آخری پہر ٹِمٹِماتا ہے

گو ہزاروں نوری سال کے فاصلے پر ہے

پھر بھی
